What is the best way to wash clothes to keep them looking good for a long time?
Generally, refer to the washing labels attached to the inside of the garment. We also recommend always washing them inside out, in cold water, and separating the colors during the first wash. If using the dryer, choose a low temperature setting. Snowsuits , on the other hand, should always be washed in cold water And dried flat in order to maintain the complete waterproofness of the fabric. In addition, the fur must be removed before washing. Do not wash the fur.

What outdoor temperature are your snowsuits designed for?
Our snowsuits are designed for very cold temperatures down to -30°C thanks to the combination of three specific layers: 100% polyester or 100% nylon weather-resistant fabric, a high-density interlining and finally a microfleece lining.

Are your snowsuits waterproof?
Indeed, the combination of a hydrophilic inner membrane and a Teflon EcoElite ^TM outer treatment gives our coats a high waterproofing of 5000 mm. This protection applied to the surface of our fabrics also offers the advantage of repelling dirt and drying more quickly.

What time of year are your rain gear designed for?
Our rainwear is designed to be worn from spring through late fall. Lined with microfleece for warmth and comfort, our coats are also made from a fabric coated with a waterproof surface and a hydrophilic membrane on the back.

How do I choose the right clothing size for my child?
We now have a size chart available on our website which corresponds to the size of our clothes. You can therefore take your child's measurements according to their height, chest, waist and hip size and thus be greatly guided in choosing the size of their clothes.

Why are there no prices on the website, no online sales?
Online sales are not available in Canada as we sell exclusively in-store. We invite you to visit our various retailers to be informed of prices and to make your purchases there in Canada.

Do you recruit petite models to participate in your photoshoots?
Indeed, we are constantly looking for boys and girls aged between 3 and 5 years old to represent the Nanö brand in our various advertisements. To do so, simply send us 2 photos of your child, the first showing us their face only and the second showing them from head to toe. Mention your child's name, date of birth, clothing size as well as your contact details and we will be happy to contact you if your child is selected for an audition.
