That's why we're confident in offering a one-year warranty following the date of purchase for all our snowsuits, quilted coats, spring sets, and windbreakers. The warranty applies to manufacturing or craftsmanship defects. It does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, negligence, accidents, normal wear, or alteration of the product. Nanö reserves the right to repair or replace a defective item depending on the nature of the case, submitted with photos and proof of purchase by email to info@nano.ca .
